Danielle J. Moss is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Employment Litigation & Arbitration Group. Her practice focuses on defending employers in federal and state court lawsuits and alternate dispute resolution forums against claims alleging all forms of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, wage-and-hour and breach of contract.

Danielle has significant experience providing clients across a wide range of industry sectors with strategies, counseling and training to assist them in avoiding litigation and government investigations relating to all workplace-related disputes. These topics include employee terminations and discipline, the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures, compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, restrictive covenants (e.g., non- competition agreements) and general employee relations matters.
